Hey, I'm Sean.28yrs old,from Saskatchewan,up here in Canada. My newest addition is a 2010 Dodge 3500 Laramie. Its almost got all the bells & whistles.(30gig HDD without NAV, & no wi-fi/internet hotspot service). Lots of chrome plus a bit more yet to come. No performance mods yet, waiting for Gale Banks to unveil new stuff for the 6.7L.
     Well I've owned a whack of diesel trucks since I was 16yrs old, 1st diesel was an '81 GMC w/ the dreaded 5.7L diesel, 90 6.2L GM 2wd,a couple '92 6.2L 4x4's(still have/use both), '92 Dodge ext cab,'95 GMC 6.5L 4x4,a '98 6.5L Z71, '03 Dodge 3500 Laramie crew cab,an '05 GMC Ext cab w/ 6" Pro comp lift/etc.
    I fell in love w/ diesels because back when I owned my 1st couple; diesel was 1/2 the price of gas, went twice as far on a tank & the equipment lasted twicw as long as the gas trucks. There were only 3 cons to the early diesels when compared to their gas counterpart...1/winter,2/winter & 3/winter. Repairs were twice as much too, but they didn't break down so whatever.
    I like sites like these because I like to read about amazing feats of engineering(from a backyard POV) and a guy can usually teach & learn at least 1 thing to/from every owner.

Hi everyone, my name is Kenny Im from west ky. I have a bit of a oddball it is a 1991 s10 but it has  ford 10.25 drw axle and the front end has been converted to 8 lug as well. It is bagged and currently tore apart getting redone and a sbc put in it.  8 lug really has inspired me along the way with this build just wish i could have put a cummins in it.

Wow...That's unique. What kind of engine do you have in it? Any particular reason you did the 8-Lug conversion on it? BTW, if you're on Facebook, we've got a page there, if you didn't already know. You near the Bowling Green area? Been there, cool town.

Hey there;
My name is Erick. I drive a 06 F-150. I picked up a copy of 8-Lugs by mistake. I relized it when I was reading the Dan Henderson article. I am looking to add to my factory stock when I get back. Thats my intention anyway. Well going through the magazine I read the article about the Marine (LCPL Miller). I wanted to say that is awsome what you guys all your guys did for him. It is nice to see that people still support our military men and women. Like I had said I am looking to beef up my truck I know is not an 8-Lug but still looking for ideas. When I get back from the 6 month deployment to Afghanistan. I wont to add rims and tires for sure. Depending on how much that puts me back I might add more. So I like I said I am looking for Ideas. What better way to spend some hard earned money then to spend it on something that represnts you.
 If you have any ideas please feel free to share them. I have only owned cars growing up so this is kind of new to me.

Thanks
Erick

Alan from Florida here, I've been selling highline German imports for what seems like forever, but a couple of summers ago when I took in a super clean 02 Excursion diesel on trade, I just knew I had found the perfect family driver. It was a bit of a tough sell at first on the wife, but after a couple of weeks of carpooling I couldn't pull her out of it. I started hearing comments like " I really like it higher up than everyone else" & "people really get out of your way in this". You got to love when a plan comes together, just last week she said she wanted "one of those really loud horns"!
