im puttin a air dog stage 2 lift pump in my truck is it absolutely crucial for me to have a fuel pressure gauge and does it matter what kind? i have seen one that are 200 bucks and one that are 20 bucks does it really matter?

It is crucial that you do put a fp gauge in.  The minimum requirement for a gauge is that it will read at least 30 psi since the airdog will probably idle around 17-20 depending on what spring you're using.  Also, you'll need either a needle valve or a isolator if you're runnin a mechanical gauge, or you can get an electric gauge that plugs into the airdog itself.  Try calling the company you bought the airdog from and ask them if they have any good deals on gauges or if you're trying to stay cheap, you could always chck themlocal autozone or napa and see if they have any cheap autometer gauges that will work.
