around how much hp does a 24v cummins make stock?

Depends on the model year and on the transmission. The 24v Cummins makes between 235-325 hp and 460-610 lb./ft. of torque. The early 24vs were de-tuned slightly for the automatics, while the manuals had more power. The newer ones have the same power output.
